I know people grind dungeons, or do repeatable quests from neutral to friendly/honored, etc
But there’s seems to be enough rep to go around by doing heroics at 70, plus repeatable quests. Add that to the fact they reduced the keys requirement to honored ( i think ), is there really any point to worrying about grinding dungeons for rep early?
I need lower city rep, and I’ve been grinding AC, but it’s such a drag as I dont have a core team and pugs are kind of . . . sketch.
Seems like I’d just be better off getting to 70 and worrying about it later. It just seems like a lot of wasted time grinding for little baby rep.
It depends on what you need from that faction I suppose. Like, if you don’t need/want any of the exalted items, then absolutely don’t bother saving quests. If you really want something at the exalted level and don’t want to suffer through Heroic Blood Furnace or something, then yeah maybe save the quests.
Ya, I’m thinking people place too much importance on it. Really not that necessary when you can grind at 70 and get hire rep rewards than you do at lower lvl.
The only rep where its extremely helpful is honor hold/horde equivalent. The rest isn’t necessary, but its really beneficial to get friendly maxed then get revered through the quests so you could do the heroics right away at 70. Now that heroics are honored, it doesn’t matter.
I tend to buy the plant parts for Cenarion because they pretty much pay for themselves with the vendor items you get but for the most part, grinding out the dungeons etc isn’t worth it unless you enjoy it.
