Is sabotage really a ban?

We have players in classic Horde AV who go out of their way to wipe the raid during AV weekends, either by pulling marshals or druids and I am trying to find out if Blizzard does in fact ban players for gameplay sabotage, because this is annoying and hurts the game experience.

If you feel someone is trying to sabotage a game, you should right click report 'em.

But, that is a high(er) bar of guilt to establish.

Keep at it when you see it, but also keep in mind, just because someone is not playing the way you want them too, does not mean they are violating the rules, etc.

Nope they are going out of their way to intentionally sabo the game, sometimes even bragging about it in /bg chat. Some don’t brag though, they just do it.

If you have more solid information than will fit in a right click report you can bundle it up nicely and send it in to: hacks@blizzard.com

If you have suggestions that Blizz should consider you can send it in game: Game Menu::Support::Submit feedback

But that is all.

If you go over to the pvp forums there are a lot of posts about people throwing games, this number has increased a lot since rated Blitz became a thing. Keep reporting them, send in an email if you have more, and that is all you can do.

But, again, I think, this is not so easy to prove at a level Blizz is comfortable with actioning. And, seriously, pulling the Druid is not against the rules in AV, nor is ‘being bad’ at pvp.

You could also, I suppose, start a post discussing it in pvp forums or classic forums. It will get noted there. The devs, however, do not come here.

You can post threads containing general data, but DO NOT name and shame people in the forums. That’s considered harassment and can get you a forum vacation.
