It might be worse then kara opera event and it says a lot that they have not nuked this place into the ground yet.
To answer OP’s question in hindsight, yes, it was overtuned. Much better now.
I dunno about “much better”. The trash before the 2nd boss is still ridiculous, same with the dot on the last boss ticking so fast for so much.

They just pushed out a hotfix for Temple and changed the visuals in Halls. How have they not nuked this place yet?
Probably because the trash isn’t really that bad… Skip flame gullet, it’s pretty easy. Little flames, no strat required. Living flames, get out of giant circle when they blow up. Flame Dancers, interupt the cast they do either using living bomb that is cast on players, or use knock backs or stuns. For the casters, interupt/silence them. The other dragon has a tank buster that is atrocious still, but it can be dealt with. But no that trash is really very easy if you do what you’re supposed to.
Temple change isn’t really a nerf or buff. If you got the stacking healing buff that fight went from challenging to being ezmode. Now you have to still heal, but it’s not as intense as if you didn’t have the 100% increased healing.
The visual in Halls was hard to gauge, but they didn’t nerf Hyrja who starts AOE zapping everyone in the group for 100k a tick 6 times in 9s on higher keys.
Actually tried RLP today and they nerfed the crap out of this place. The 1st boss barely does any AOE damage on fortified. Hail bombs only hit for 30k a target compared to 100k before and her suck in only does about 50-60% of your hp bar.
The ring trash isn’t as oppressive as it used to be. Infernos only do about 60% of your hp bar with the dot. 2nd boss doesn’t hit as hard, but the 3rd boss is till a bit cancer. If you touch the fire you get inferno cores and its possible to keep chaining it on yourself.
What boss do you struggle with the most as of right now?
The 3rd boss is the hardest on fortified. 2nd boss is just aim the fire away from the path you’re going and heal through the group damage.
Tyrannical the 2nd boss is def the hardest.

It’s really hard for me to analyze the incoming damage, but sometimes when I go around the ring, it’s fine. You have Inferno which still hits hard, but there was one time where it felt like everyone took a HUGE additional blast of something. I have no idea what that might have been, but it wasn’t fun to heal. I’m sure that people that run this in guild groups where everyone is doing everything right feel like it’s easy, so you would have to run it in a pug for things to somehow go wrong to experience this unique pain.
At the end of the day, I do feel like this dungeon is still overtuned though.

It’s because it was and is definitely overtuned. It feels multiple key levels higher than its actual key level.
Just tried an 18 Fort… the packs before the 2nd boss are harder than the 2nd boss… packs before the 3rd boss are harder than the 3rd boss
RLP is still as obnoxious as ever, I added AV into the list as well.
This dungeon really needs to have its trash looked at. I feel the bosses are in a good place, but that ring of trash is just overtuned and makes that timer even more so tighter than it is.
I probably haven’t hated a dungeon so much since LK, rofl.
The first set of packs before the first boss are tuned quite well.
The last boss is still overtuned.
They do 3 mechanics at the same time. It’s Flaming Embers → 1s later 3 Infernocore → 2s later group AOE interrupt while you’re being blown around by the wind.
Everyone takes about 400-500k damage in 4s and I can’t even cast anything.
