Unfortunately the community for classic wow is not even close to resembling a vanilla experience at this point. People have changed and in this day and age this game is comparable to some of the worst pay to win mobile games. The amount of gold being bought is wild

How is this still an argument that people are using.
If you post or purchase an item and it is purchased at the AH going rate, you will be fine. Blizzard is looking for anomalies and patterns of odd things. Normal AH use does not apply.
Even Blizzard has said this.
Now, if you post a grey item for like 50g or buy one for something obviously outrageous, then yea. Youâre risking being investigated.
Just like if you join a BFD GDKP and someone bids 800g for an epic, or over 100g for a more common blue. (Iâm throwing numbers out here, not sure if those are outrageous or not.). There is obviously more of a risk of RMT with abnormally high bidding in a GDKP, mainly because the people bragging about how much gold theyâve personally farmed is rare, not the norm.
Use a little common sense. This isnât hard.

So you donât like the idiot logic used by the anti-GDKP crowd? Same logic different area of the game affected by RMT. Get rid of it all man⌠no reason to keep any of it, no AH, no trading, no ML and no mailing items. This is the only way to remove RMT⌠is this extreme enough? I know logic and reason is something your kind donât really have access to⌠but like you said, use a little common sense⌠this isnât hard.

Look, youâre never going to convince anyone of anything. This is the Classic playerbase. Zoomers who want to take any and every shortcut available. Buy their way to prosperity. So they feel threatened when people point out the obvious link between RMT and GDKPs. Thatâs why they play. Theyâve found a version of WoW thatâs literally pay2win.

Yea, the argument that GDKP isnât pay2win is laughable at best. Every one of them is logically fallible. We need to reintroduce logical theory and analysis as a senior HS year graduation requirement to be sure.

Itâs a Classic distraction tactic. Instead of addressing the link between RMTs and GDKPs they try to change the subject and make the topic about something else. Because obviously that stack of Peacebloom selling for 30s on the AH is comparable to a level 25 staff selling for 800g in a GDKP.
And all this âprove your claimâ nonsense. Bots are freaking everywhere. Theyâre out of control. Where is all that gold going? What else is there to spend it on at level 25 other than GDKPs? SoD has shone a massive spotlight to showcase just how inherently attached gold buying and GDKPs are.

No, it is not my job or duty. There is nothing in the TOS that states this.
This needs to be a permanent ban, on first offense. Maybe then RMT would become less prevalent
GDKP will never get banned cause blizzard is never gonna spend the money to pay gmâs to regulate it. and if everyone keeps pushing it the only thing that could possibly come from it is blizzard disabling master loot which im sure nobody wants.
And yet you refuse to explain how itâs winning.
Blizzard wonât even put the resources in to enforce botting and RMT which is actually against the ToS.
They donât have to pay anyone. I would monitor the chat for free and it would be fixed within a day.

Problem solved.
Canât guarantee they wonât still have a discord where they can set these things up on the down low, but you wonât see another advertisement for it if I had the power.
The main problem is that I could spend all day right now reporting people in LFG for breaking various rules, but nothing will ever happen because itâs all an automated punish system based on the amount of reports. If no one else cares enough to fix this kind of thing, then nothing will ever happen with the current system.
