Lol, no. Get a grip, there are LOTS of people not interested in Classic and in a couple of weeks or a month the hype will go down on Classic and as people get to 60 and actually realize what endgame is like…the population of Classic will thin out even more.
Even if Classic has more people in it than Retail longterm, retail will still exist.

It doesn’t matter all that much since the subscriptions are shared. Classic needs comparatively little upkeep, whereas retail needs massive funds for new expansions. As long as the subscriptions are there, retail will get new expacs, regardless of which has more players.
