Is ReShade allowed in WoW or no?

I’ve used it in ESO and FFXIV but thought I’d ask before installing it here since not much comes up with a quick search on the topic.

I didn’t even know it supported WoW. Really wish Blizz would overhaul the screenshot capabilities to be more like FFXIV.

it’s a mod that lets you mess with visual filters. A lot of people who play FFXIV use it to make the game look better or make really great looking screenshots.

The thing is I’m not srue it is supported in WoW. Considering I can’t really find any presets or much about it being used in WoW, I’ll have to guess the answer is that it’s not.

Oh well. Would be nice but is what it is I guess.

Things like Reshade tend to depend on editing game code in memory, injecting themselves as DLLs, or standing in place of standard DLLs all of which are no-nos and could trigger Warden. I would advise against it.

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t reshade injected? It’s been a while since I’ve used it. But if that’s the case I think it would be against TOS.

Yeah I think so, which probably means not allowed here. Wasn’t sure so thought I’d ask before bothering to re-install it.

reshade is ok afaik , i used it for years 0 issues (0 warnings or anything on my account) , and i know others that use it nowadays , just for the sharp (it makes game look way better)

reshade is just like a modified Direct X dll doesnt inject anything to the game (maybe im wrong on this)

searching i found a topic talking about reshade (2019) a deadlink about a blue talking about sweetfx (same thing as reshade)
