Is Purchase Failure still the right option for failure

Hi there. I have mail that cannot be deleted. It is Pocopoc armor, that cannot be looted or deleted. Postmaster keeps sending them to me, lol. So I cannot do a faction change back to the Horde after trying out alliance for a while.

Is Vrakthris’ post about using Purchase Failure still the correct category to get this mail deleted? I know rules change and this is a year and a half old.

Hidden mail preventing faction change

In nearly every case, the mail is from a quest or due to the Brew of the Month club, which often send out the mail early and it sits pending until the date it is intended to arrive. If you need the mail cleared so you can faction change, you will need to submit a ticket. You can use Purchase Failure as your category.
