i’m not into k-pop, it just doesn’t do anything for me. but i also don’t have a problem with it. and i certainly don’t have some weird belief that iron maiden and ozzy osbourne represent some kind of extreme music and that we’re somehow worse because blizzcon is bringing something else!

I get that it’s common, but there’s no reason people cannot enjoy newer music. I turned 42 recently and some of my favourite music / bands come from the 2010s. Whenever someone says, “the music of today sucks”, I just post a bunch of synthwave playlists to them.
