Is leech reduce in pvp?

i have 12% but when i try the dummy next to the upgrade guy, and i start hitting him, my leech goes to 8%

is leech reduce in pvp?

Leech enchants and talents work, but Leech that’s been RNG’d on to gear is disabled.

as DH with 2 points in my talent i get 10% leech…and i get 12% with enchantments on gear. how i get 8% while hitting the dummy?

Soul Rending was nerfed in PVP at some point.

well thats … since other classes get x% of their HP every 20 to 30 sec… =( … are those skills also nerf for pvp?

i think bgs are counted as pvp same as arenas/ open pvp… right?

None of those are the same

Rated pvp random enchants (leech, speed, avoidence) do not work

Bgs random enchants do work

World pvp is where the world pvp tier set is functioning

so when i am doing open world pvp is better to have my higgest gear, or the pvp gear will kick in and is better for me to have the pvpgear since that one will have the 411?

if you go into combat with an enemy player u go up to pvp ilvl, and your world pvp set activates
