i’m a woman and all of my toons are male. this will change when i open up kt and i make a female of that race. i just like the models better for men usually. mostly male orc/tauren/dwarf/DID. play what makes you happy. if you want to rock a female tauren priest then good on you. <3

no more weird than playing Claire in Resident Evil, or Lara Croft in Tomb Raider or even Miss Pacman in the arcade for that matter, I don’t get why this is brought up so often in GD.

I don’t think it’s odd. Not at all! If it helps you get into the character, gameplay and overall story, it’s all good in my book. It’s all about having fun, to me.

Of all the female characters, tauren tend to have voices that are the least grating so when you hear “I can’t do that yet, not enough rage, it’s too far away, etc” you won’t want to gouge your ears out right away.

While I prefer to play as the gender I am IRL, I don’t think it’s weird.
Do what makes you happy.
If you like how fem tauren look ( Cant say I blame you, we’re pretty cute!), then make one! Who’s going to judge you? And of those people who are judging you, how much do their opinions matter?

I prefer male toons because I want bigger weapons.
I saw how tiny weapons looked on a female char and noped away.
