So I’ve wanted to try out Tauren priest, but as a female, as I’ve only ever done male when playing any Tauren. But it feels awkward wanting to create a female Tauren and some people are against it cause they say it’s weird. Do you guys think it’s weird as a guy to play female Tauren?
If anyone says it’s weird they’re just jealous.
…No?
It’s an RPG.
You play the way you feel.
Simple as.
No. Play how you’d like.
Play whatever you want. I’m a guy and most of my characters are female, if someone doesn’t like it that’s their problem not mine.
Nope. Game != reality. Play what you want. Have fun. Ignore anyone who tells you your fun is wrong.
nah, just don’t lewd the adorable moo’s…
honestly, i see one, i wanna give it a widdle hug!
No.
I’ve played a Male Goblin Hunter in the past.
There’s no shame in it, also play the game as you want as you’re paying for the sub, not the naysayers
7* Male Goblin likes is the funniest thing I’ve seen today.
EDIT: Uh oh. They’re onto me.
It’s a videogame on the interwebs. Play whatever you dam well please. Other people’s opinions mean less then nothing.
I play male of every race exclusively but tauren.
I dunno what it is, maybe too much beef for me… but i usually never mind… just some odd thing with male tauren in particular that makes me go female
And I am thankful for the highmountan cause classic fem tauren murdered my soul voice wise.
my horde characters are mostly female tauren and male trolls.
female tauren are like big teddy bears imo. well, maybe not as much as pandaren, but whatevs.
It’s weird and you’re only one that does it.
Is it weird to play a strange looking creature with a long tail, or a tiny gnome, or a woman playing a barbarian warrior with huge muscles? Of course not, this is role-playing, it’s what the game is all about, be what you want.
Is it weird i thought of steaks when reading the OP?
They’re cuties so why not!
There is a very odd feeling unless it’s just normal for you.
I had a monk that was a female character, but couldn’t keep up with it because it just felt so…alien. Just a constant sense of “error” or “this isn’t right” in the back of my mind.
Funnily enough, the way I’ve kind of gotten over it is out of my hobby of fiction writing. My most recent story has a female protagonist, so I have to put myself in her shoes(or lack thereof, given the setting.) Helped the “weird” feeling by forcing me to change my perspective, but it’s still there nonetheless.
I was reminded of the milk scene in Kingpin.
You’re gonna be a lot happier in general when you stop worrying about stuff like this.
