Note, not warchief, just orc leader.
For the longest time the orcs were lead by a warchief. Isnt it time it be lead by someone spiritual instead…like a shaman? And this time just a shaman(not a warchief) with less focus on war and more focus on spiritual healing for his people.
Garrosh for the horde if they ever want orcs to be orcs again

I mean if they want to be put in the internment camps again, sure.

I thought he was the de facto orc leader at the moment?
Granted, I haven’t gotten around to doing the heritage quest yet so I may be missing information.
I dunno, he’s walked away once and I don’t know if he wants the Orcs to live under the shadow of his legacy; it’s why he went ahead and gave Garrosh the position in the first place.
Orcs make up the majority of the Horde, not that you can tell with all us high elves running around.
It would be strange to have an Orc leader who isn’t also the leader of the overall Horde.
Isn’t Drekthar already an old/wise shaman, and could serve in this role. He was Thrall’s mentor to boot.

Between Green Jesus, and Orange Hitler, we definitely had more fun under Garrosh. But my version of fun is hacking and slashing things, so take that with a grain of salt

Say less! I’m there
Imagine burning Goldshire at 1am on Moonguard. Oh, the things you’d be letting loose

Official he is not the leader. At best he is a speaker of sort. Even the website just calls him a paragon.
IIRC, he’s not a shaman anymore. Didn’t the elements put him on ignore after he cheated at mak gora?

Then how is the orc leadership even working right now? Clan quorum? Straight up anarchy?
He has been a shaman again since Shadowlands.
I assume the various clan leaders take care of mundane day to day stuff while Thrall deals as a representative of the orcs for Horde business.

He is. Go’el (Thrall) is in fact, a member of the Horde Council, representing the Durotar (green) orcs. Geya’rah represents the Mag’har (brown) orcs. So, to the OP…wish already granted.

He is the orc representative but he is not officially the orc leader.
The difference being…? He is on the official council, which currently leads the Horde…and he speaks for the Durotar orcs. Granted, he isn’t leading ALL the Horde’s orcs, but he still has a council vote.
Leader: To Be Determined
After the death of Varok Saurfang, the orcs have yet to formally name a leader. However, the former warchief Thrall has stepped forward to represent the orcs on the Horde council, while other veterans like the famed warrior Eitrigg serve to keep their people strong.
The difference being even Blizzard does not consider him(or anyone for that matter) as the current orc leader.

That seems rather contradictory. I suppose they are simply being technical, in that he doesn’t lead the entire race…just one of their many sub-factions.
Sort of like how first Zul’jin, then his son Vol’jin, and now Rokhan, leads the Darkspear trolls, but not ALL trolls.
yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

call it what you want, I give whoever is in charge of the orcs a year before the orcs try to commit genocide again.
