They already have MERCENARY MODE. This lets you queue up as the opposite faction. It’s been in the game since atleast Legion maybe earlier.

Battleground is the only place where the essence of Warcraft exist in World of Warcraft. The roleplay already exist even if you don’t like it.
It should continue to be Alliance VS. Horde in the battleground. Due to low population of players, the queue should randomly select you into one of the faction within the battleground.

My forum ventures fall well down on my to do list. I could drink with some dwarves. I blame Tyrion for that. Khad’s has swag, I can dig that. Perhaps I’ve grown soft in my old age. I’m still bitter about Camp Taurajo.

For the 8,376, 256,432rd time, queuing with friends in 5 man groups is not exploiting. Doing things such as porting folks in places they can’t get out of is.

I have removed a player from DJL for such things. Only one though.
They need to basically pool all resources. Get rid of servers have just one giant one! Get rid of factions. I’m a horde guy but for the love of mankind we need Ques to pop.
This cross faction bs needs to just stop… it’s not going to prevent exploiters they will always find a way… it doesn’t make sense to the game it’s called World of WARcraft for a reason. They simple solution is to hire a dedicated pvp team and to harshly punish cheaters and exploiters.
Completely agree. I’ve been a Horde guy since WotLK, I’ve only just faction changed late last year so that I could queue both sides, since only Ally can queue Merc these days. There’s been enough cross-faction stuff in other areas of the game it’s long overdue to do the same for regular BGs.
