Is it reportable?

With the new hype for MoP classic a lot of people have made monks to level, and a lot of those people want to tank on their monk. This has led to tank queue times in lower level dungeons to hover between 10 to 15 mins, so what people are doing is queueing as both tank and dps, than when they get in as dps they run off or try to be the tank of the dungeon causing split pulls frustrations and resentment because they are actively making the dungeons longer and harder than they need to be as well as causing healers to have to stress more.

Is this not a violation of the player code of conduct to troll dungeons like this?

Its a jerk move but its not new unfortunately the same was doen with LFR.

It’s not reportable, but it’s kickable. You can initiate a kick for any reason or no reason, but this reason is probably one the others in your group will agree with.

This. While anything is reportable, this isn’t a violation, so it would just be a waste of the GM’s time. Vote to kick is definitely what you’re after.

I’ll also add that when they do this, politely let the others in the group know they should hang back with the real tank so when the mobs come knocking at least they have a chance to survive. Let the eager beaver eat the gold cost for repairs. Who knows, maybe it’ll eventually sink in not to tank when you’re role locked to DPS.
