This isn’t something that the in-game Bug Reports forum can handle. It’s an issue that stems from the website, so you may want to edit this post and move it over to the more appropriate Website Bug Report forum, or create a new topic over there. That way, the proper staff can see it.
But as this issue crops up regardless of Retail or Classic quite regularly due to some change in things, racial discrimination is a reach. It also is not typically a priority as should Blizzard choose to, they could break the API data mining entirely for everyone. Third-party websites are not really Blizzard’s problem. It’s a player-created problem. Those websites are only necessary to play the game because players want to depend on them.
