Is it possible to take control of a guild if your the only active player in 2 years?

I logged onto an alt and was the only active character in 2 years, I see no option in the info tab, but would like to control the guild for bank function and what not.

Only if you are in a certain rank of the guild leader.

Just to add onto Kozzae, Customer Support members can not transfer guild leaderships, so you’re only hope is the support article that was linked.

If you’re not high enough rank then No, if you happen to know the guild master out of game you could ask him to transfer guild ownership to you. Other than that nothing can be done.
