Is It Possible to Get a refund On BLIZZCON Collection Since I Just Got the Code from the Ticket?

Hello. I bought a BLIZZCON ticket for a friend from AXS and then gifted her the BLIZZCON Collection from the store.

Is it possible to get a refund on the separate BLIZZCON collection and just use the code instead?

You should be able to put in a refund request through the Support Site. If the automated self-help option doesn’t allow you to, you’ll need to put in a ticket so our Staff can take a look at the request.
