Ask a forum moderator directly about your suspicions, as you can be specific in that context. They won’t tell you what comes of it, but it’ll get it on their radar if it truly is a single person abusing the system.

No problemo, dude. I’m about 90% sure I know exactly who you’re referring to, and about 99% sure that they are indeed guilty of what your suspicions are, but that’s really best left to the moderators themselves.

They are but everything is per character now. Even the trust levels work this way
