I think people get way too invested in this game.
If you don’t like it click the unsubscribe button. I clicked it long ago and I’m back for another round two and eventually I’ll click that button again if I feel burnt out of the game.

I tried once. It turns out you actually need to use a ballot and the little felt marker they give you…
Was that the episode where they spend the first 20 minutes recapping or was that the episode where they spent 20 minutes powering up?
Soooo, if it’s working they would have re-designed the torghast systems to meet player demands…right?
But they didn’t. Instead they made the system more complex and didn’t address any of the player complaints. It’s obviously not working.
…cause baby you’re a firework?

Yeah and turns out polling stations aren’t ACTUALLY located behind 7/11’s in shady neighborhoods
Be incredibly disappointed that a game I have loved for over 10 years isn’t going to get better because people would rather roll over and give them more money for less than stand up and demand respect for your time and money
The irony is that Blizzard is continuously making $20 monthly on your play time because you are paying gold through tokens, while I’m only paying them $13 per month and $0 when my sub expires.
Na my dude I haven’t acutally spent moeny on this game in years, in game gold or nothing.
I love it when people say this like they are sticking it to Blizz, and not earning Blizz an extra 5 bucks a month for their sub.

“Yeah, but we were noticed”
As humans we like to believe that what is important to us is important to everyone else, when most others actually don’t care. There are many topics on the forum that gain speed simply because it’s negative about the game and Blizzard but it doesn’t take long to fizzle out.
Many of these loooooong threads we see on the forum are started and gain tons of support but quickly die out with only a couple posters who keep bumping said thread to keep it alive. Most players never cared about the issue, they just wanted to rage. Ask a player in-game about said issue and they probably wouldn’t have even heard about it. Many posters forget that the forum makes up a very small, and usually angry, portion of the player-base. There are times when someone claims the forum could be used as a sample of the overall player-base but that’s not true either since most players come here to make a complaint, sometimes after that complaint we never see them again but sometimes they stay around. Anyways, I’m ranting.
In the end, what’s important to us as individuals isn’t very important to most others even though we don’t like to believe that.
I’ve been here since Vanilla, dropped my sub which has three months left on it. I probably log on once every other week for an hour just to farm a rare mount. Honestly though, I wouldn’t even do that but I don’t want those months I payed for to feel completely wasted, lol.
I may or may not mess around on TBC (just being honest) I will definitely NOT be spending more money on SL or resubbing once those three months are up.
Out of all the reasons I’m leaving this is my number one, - I feel 100% that the WoW team does not care about their costumers time anymore or for their customers at all really.
For those who are still playing and having a lot of fun…Happy Gaming. May rng be in your favor, always.
Of course you know. You’re just being dismissive.
How’s that? I pay out of pocket, but I’m curious.
If people were unwilling to buy tokens for gold, then no one would buy tokens for cash. Each token bought for gold represents someone that plunked down $20 for someone’s $15 subscription.
WoW is a lot like rome, but it’s eventually gonna come.
Ooooooooooh. I always wondered why Blizzard allowed you to pay for subs and other games in gold. That’s brilliant lol.
Everything falls end in the end, but WoW seems to be going pretty strong for a video game that lasted this long in this day and age.
Yep, they make a little extra on the side.
it is, and it’s why i can’t exactly predict when it will, this game had lots of ups and downs and is still simply alive
What’s with all the manifestos lately?

when people use ingame gold to pay for game time, blizzard get $5 more than they would if you paid with cash.
