So the game is bad and now instead of playing a video game in your free time you sit on the forum and try to, in your own words, “make the general tone so negative that the dev’s see it”?
Why not find something else to do with your time that you actually enjoy? It’s depressing to think, if this is even true, that people actually spend their free time spreading doom and gloom, as you said, just to create a negative atmosphere. I just couldn’t imagine. I’d go find something positive to do with myself and time. There are plenty of things you could be doing instead of that.
In the end, this is only a video game. It’s seriously not that big of a deal.

A drop of 29% of MAU’s gone across all Activision-Blizzard games, not just WoW. Let’s also not forget the spike of players that came with Classic and left again, many of those who never had any intention on touching retail in the first place. Lets also not forget the death of HotS, and lets not pretend that hearthstone is a big thing anymore.

Do you have an actual break down of which games lost players though? You’re hammering on this person for speculating, but aren’t you doing the same thing? For all we know, these losses could have almost all came from WoW.
However, if enough people did unsub, like hundreds of thousands of unsubs, changes would be made.
And all of that complaining lands on deaf ears. They don’t care anymore.
