Same, found out I had to dismiss my demon, because he was triggering the traps.

God I remember the crap to beat that boss when was current it gave me such a migraine Iā€™d raged so freakin much but you bet your imp I was screaming in joy at victory and glade I got it and the title. Iā€™ve never turned green fire off since

That fight was the origin of the mage tower, I did like 13 hours of attempts before killing that boss.

I just did it, the incubus does talk. Anyway, you donā€™t need the succubus/incubus to progress anyway. They donā€™t offer any useful information.

The voidwalker or observer is who you have to talk to.

Yep about that lone between two or so days. Lol was so much frustration. Iā€™ve gotten bear form in both mage towers and a few others but the Perma tower Iā€™m being lazy with doing more on for now lol I do want to get the lock set in there eventually.

I actually ended up talking to two of my demons to get the quest completion and next step to get the book to read in the Warlock training room in the basement of the inn in Stormwind.

Now Iā€™m on my way to Outland to move towards the next collection for the soulstone gems.

Observer glyph on dog will just auto finish that part.

Green fire is available just not the title.

I used to farm the tomes all the time. I may go back to doing that. That was a good chunk of gold.

Yup you can farm or buy the book do the quest and get green fire. You just canā€™t get the black harvest title.

Ok, Iā€™m at a loss. Iā€™m supposed to avoid traps I cannot see? The only way to see the path is to use the Eye of Kilrogg, but I cannot follow along with him because I become him> this is such a PITA to do. I cannot get past these traps. What is the trick to being able to see the path and avoiding traps you cannot see?

Every time Iā€™ve done it I just used the eye and followed a bit that I knew was part of the path, rinse and repeat. You arenā€™t meant to just use the eye once and know the whole path.

Thanks, this is exactly what I finally did. But I destroyed all those ghosts that were visible as I went as well. Saved me from getting caught by themā€¦boy that was some series of traps

Finally finished this and got my fel fire for my warlockā€¦so glad I did it on my 60 from Shadowlands. One shot everything in sight.

Yes you can either by the starting item on the Auction house or think you can farm for it at the Thunder Isles

Been awhile since I did it though so

I can confirm it is still available - the only ā€˜hardā€™ part is getting the rares on thunder isle to drop the book.

Use the eye to peek walk forward a few feet use the eye to look again walk forward a bit Oh $%^#! I went a step too far kill the ghosts. Re-summon the eye. try to get close enough to the end to portal the rest of the way.
