Wanna make sure I’m fresh on forum flame. Is it bad to que a lot on one character or is it better to try to straight shot to a target rating and sit.
I only play one char per expansion so do I have to limit my games played per season to be immune to flame?

No one is immune to flame. If you play wow you are bad at the game
Playing 1000 games and staying the same rating does not look good. I think at a higher level players trying to push R1 for the first time can have thousands of games so it depends.
What about people that know they need to improve and have a goal of 2.2 or gladiator and they play the same char over and over improving until they get it at 3k games?
Seems admirable to me as opposed to the people that play 100 games on their main and say screw it I’m going ret pala
… okay I feel it doesn’t really require 3000 games to achieve any of that even for newer players you either can do it or you can’t.
People will tend to mock you if you hard stuck for 1000s of games somewhere. I had that happen in league some. But honestly, if you enjoy the char, keep trying to improve, you do improve even if it seems to be veeeery slowly lol. Honestly sometimes just luck too… you get a good night… less geared/skilled people queuing etc.
Well new players are using lfg too they’re going to bounce up and down in rating until they get it down right.
I have personally never seen 1k games in one season on any of my toons so I can’t relate.

Playing a class that was fotm last expansion
Playing a class that is fotm currently
Having too few games
Having too many games
Having a high RBG rating with a low 3v3 rating
Having a high 2v2 rating with a low 3v3 rating
Having a high 3v3 rating too quickly
Having a high 3v3 rating too slowly
Being a R1 glad at low CR
Being a low CR player at low CR
Being hardstuck anything under 4k rating
Tanking rating to play with friends
Getting carried by friends for gear
Buying Boosts
Selling Boosts
Shunning Boosts
Streaming
Hating Streamers
Pretty sure everyone is toxic to everyone for literally any reason they can think of when it comes to this garbage game >_>

Who cares? Like, honestly? If you want to spam arenas do it. Who GAF? I rolled this account in SL and my highest achieved is 14xx. I still post regularly on my main. If someone has a problem it’s theirs, not mine.
Today i’ve seen someone with over 2k games in 2s this season, but I tend to agree with Amatox, if you enjoy the character and want to play as much as it is needed for you to improve, or even just play for fun at your rating, it’s totally fine and way more honorable than fotm rerollers making their way in way less games.
Well I don’t tend to enjoy playing just one class so I guess it is unfortunate for those who can only play one.
Ya its one of those things they have to do to bypass the usual points if they are losing an argument since if they are bringing up games played they usually could not counterpoint your argument and when the profile check to rating shame fell it defaults to games played.
Long story short basically what they said above. They will bash you for anything up to and including things such as “you may be 2k but you don’t have 250 battle pets so I’m better at the game”

I have more respect for some dude playing a thousand games and enjoying it than any salty forum poster regardless of their CR. It’s a game at the end of the day. Treat it as such.
Also someone sticking to a character they enjoy playing lots of games and just chilling after school or work, as opposed to those who reroll to fotm specs they don’t even enjoy.
Also like me they might only have 1 or 2 level 60s…other people might have less arena games per character but have 6+ lvl 60s and played way more games overall.
gear tied to rating is just the most cringe thing I have ever seen, honestly just feel like quitting again because the only goal in the game right now is to just grind something unenjoyable for a higher ilvl. Then what? play arenas for fun in this meta? LOL
