Just decided to start playing again after a few months… Freeze, get dc’d and then unable to retrieve character list with a black screen :’(

I opened a ticket for this Server Down, and got a response from Blizzard.
They said, “Nothing happened”.
Perhaps everyone were in Emerald Dream.

Howdy,Game Master Ixzal here and sorry about this situation logging into Frostmourne. I tested this from our side and had no problems logging into the server nor did I experience any disconnect. I also didn’t see anyone complaining about disconnects in the chat.
I checked but did not see any known issues or bugs affecting these servers specifically. Our network team monitors player concurrency across all regions, servers and games. If there is a sudden unexpected disconnect in a certain area or server, then our network team automatically starts investigating these problems before players even contact us. In this case, we don’t see any problems with the servers or mass disconnects.
If you are continuing to experience disconnects, then there may be a problem happening somewhere before reaching the game servers.
Can you tell them to look at the Oceanic forums for once? Are they blind? Do they think all these threads and complaints are people making it up.

Can you please fix the server before next raid release? Frostmourne has been down during raid hours every week in the past month.
