With goblins? Sounds dangerous.
Even in Goldshire you only see people standing around whispering to each other. And ERP in general chat is reportable and rarely seen.
While I’ve never erp’d in a battle ground. I have just roleplayed a ceasefire which was super fun. The vast majority of us on both sides just stopped fighting. It was great. We kept emoting at each other. /dancing. Good times. I believe that was back in MoP.
We did not ERP! We never even spoke, we just sat together and dance with each other. Just two druids getting past fighting and just sitting peacefully together. It was beautiful, we watched the sunset before I unfortunately had to betray him so I could finish the Battleground. 
Edit: Betrayal by stealing the flag and running away.
Edit 2: I cried everytime he was murdered! He always came back!

In D&D druids have their own secret language. Should’ve been the first neutral language as lore wise druids side with each other more than horde or alliance anyways.

It’s only dangerous if you cut the wrong wire. Cut the right wire and multiple explosions happen.
People don’t care enough to report ERP in the first place, it’s not hurting anyone.
