Certain “epic” role players are quite frequent especially in certain zones and servers. I’ve even been seeing it cross faction lately.
I’d say yes, I haven’t heard of anyone being banned for doing that in private. It’s kind of agreed upon that it stays in specific places and in whisper instead of public chats.
Please report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. At the same time, stay away from Moon Guard Goldshire if you aren’t interested in that sort of thing - if you do, you’ll rarely have a problem with it. I’ve never had a problem with it on Velen.
They used to take a hard stance on it as certain… displays were seen as disruptive to the unique CoC Roleplay servers have. After the great implosion of Lakeshire, I haven’t seen them do anything really overt against it.
Well considering Moonguard’s Goldshire Inn has been the same way for over 15years id think you have your answer.
If you don’t do the ERP in public its supposedly tolerated. If they are actually writing their ERP text in public? Report it.
Not quite. They’ve tried to get rid of that stuff but gave up. ERP is allowed (currently) if it’s kept private. If people start writing their pornographic stuff in the open for anyone to read? Report it.
I had some random players doing some Erping is a battleground earlier, it was fascinating…
Are these people typing content in public channels that violates the foul language policy? If so you can report them for it same as any other foul language. Otherwise leave people to be if they want to sit their unclothed gnomes and goblins on top of each other under a tree.
The internet is really really great…
wiggles toes
I don’t know, you want to find out?
Well it was tolerated in their office so
I think they would fit right in with that. Oops, I think that is an acronym and doesn’t mean what I think…
Make love, not war.
a lot of things normally banned are tolerated in private, though. I am being picky with this post, but I am not sure if that necessarily makes it allowed.
You could just ignore it and move on instead of being a crybaby and reporting everything that offends you.
If both parties are willing participants, nothing will happen, because regardless of if it is tolerated by Blizzard, nobody is going to report.
Nothing wrong with your hormones, but why chase pixels that are prime catfish? Many lonely people out there. Maybe try the real world instead.
Well, I haven’t been banned ye…
Wait, I mean. Yes, it looks like it is tolerated.
