EDIT: TO CLARIFY. THIS IS ON TBCC, NOT WOW CLASSIC ERA SERVERS. I tested it last night and got into a party with somebody on another realm. There are also multiple streams of cross server naxx raiding.
I hope so. I don’t want cross realm crap in classic. It wasn’t here before and it shouldn’t be here now.

Classic era servers have been merged. Yes you will see people with other server tags in your raids
I think hes in classic era and didnt get the memo of connected realms.
Not what anyone is talking about, right now on TBC classic you can group with people and even enter raids with people from other server’s just have to add the -servername after their character name when inviting.
There was a post about it on wowhead and several people i know confirmed it was working in TBCC. Not sure if it is still working or not tho.

You can invite people from your friends list from other servers into your party and get onto their layer.
It is currently working in TBCC. I tested it last night.
So in theory, could someone on a pvp server ask a pve friend to invite and then play without wpvp? Asking for a friend.
Testing it last night and testing it after the maintenance today are different things. I know it was working last night, I havn’t had confirmation of it working after maintenance and I can’t personally test it. If its still working after maint then they need to get crackin’ and fix it.
Something to test out. Have not dug that deep yet.

Because cross server grouping and raiding should not be a thing in tbc…?

I can’t invite any friend who is on another realm through the friends list but you can manually by going / invite player-realm
I still only see my realm nearby, we’re testing if we can see each other in a dungeon
