there is no reason to have this pvp gear at seperate tiers. Skill should be the only deciding factor in pvp battles. Not gear not class not ring. Having gear gated behind rating helps with token sales
Having gear upgrades in mythic plus locked behind keystone levels boosts token sales
Having a system like domination sockets promotes token sales
Black market auction house increases token sales
Mythic only mount increases token sales
