Azeroth is round but its sun operates as if its flat.
It’s round, but we’ve never seen the opposite side, like the dark side of the moon.
The other side is just Azeroth’s butt cheeks sticking out.

Azeroth is flat, otherwise it would have seasons. Have you ever seen snow in a zone that wasn’t always snowing?
Oh how I wish they’d apply seasons to WoW zones. That’d be so much work, but it’d be so cool and bring Azeroth to life in a way that just wasn’t possible before. Weather effects added quite a bit, but it could be more.
