Is anyone getting Blazing Drake?

Hi everybody, I was wondering if anyone has seen Blazing Drake drop yet. I’ve done just 15 runs in the event, but I’m honestly shocked I haven’t been trolled with a 4th handmaiden. The third one made me quit DS runs years ago, but with this event I figured why not give it a shot.

Anyone having luck?

I have seen it be dropped numerous times in my guild.

I ran DS once and got experiment and blazing drake, and in turn my green drake.

I ran NH 13 times and Antorus 13 times and not mounts from guldan or Argus.

I hate stats

Got it yesterday when I tested out the claim that H25 only needs one blood to trigger the amalgam’s explosion. That claim is correct and after killing Deathwing the mount dropped to finish my Awake the Drakes.

I got Blazing Drake on the first day of the event after about 10 runs.

However, I am nearing 25 runs on Mimiron’s Head and Experiment 12B and nothing.

A few of my guildies have looted Blazing Drake.

I’ve looted 2 Handmaindens since the event started. :confused:

I haven’t seen Blazing Drake but I saw Blazing Saddles. It was a really good movie.

Congratulations. I still need to do Netherwing rep, but i dont want to do it until I have Blazing lol

I think my reaction was more like, “I’ve had all of these other drakes for like a decade… thank gawd this is finally over.” :rofl:

Same here. I think I was more excited to never have to run Dragon Soul again than actually seeing the Blazing Drake finally drop.

Dragon Soul were the only mounts I was farming for the event. Didn’t take me 15 runs to get all 3. Handmaiden dropped first, then Blazing Drake and then finally 12B. I never have to run it again. Dobby is freeeeee!

This is my issue with low droprates. They aren’t exciting when you eventually get them. It’s just a sense of “thank gawd I don’t need to do that again.”

I legitimately feel SO lucky that Mimiron’s Head dropped during my first attempt in Ulduar. That is probably my least favourite raid to run for mounts I still needed.

It seems like this event is working for everyone but me. Back in the day, I managed to get every mount I ever wanted, but the one thing I’m still trying to get is Midnight from the new Karazhan — and it still won’t drop for me, not even during this event.

I’m around 45 runs for Deathwing. 3 Handmaidens, 1 B12. Still no blazing drake.

Congratulations! I have 167 total tries on the Blazing Drake and still nothing. But I’ve gotten Life-Binders Handmaiden twice since the CB started.

Midnight is not playing nice for me either. Even after I get it I’ll probably still hear “On with the show!!” in my nightmares.
