Is anyone elses in-game friends list out of order?

Such as those whom are online and actively in-game arent sorted to the top of the list, so if you have a long friend’s list, there can be people online but they are mixed anywhere within your friend’s list

Wow, I took a long break from this game because every time I signed on, none of my friends appeared to be on. Turns our it was just none of my favorites were on. Blizzard should fix this or give us an option to choose how to sort it.
