to all the classes in MoP? On paper, this sounds, good, “hey, you’re class is getting buffed!” But are they buffing content to compensate?
No, not really. This is simply bridging some of the gap between guilds that would go with a fully optimal comp and not.

Why would they need to? They’re buffing underperforming classes. The content doesn’t become easier because Fire Mage is now doing the same damage that Frost would have already been doing if you played it

Are they comparable now? I thought the buffs did nothing and Frost is still the best spec for at least early MoP.

So far the buffs have primarily targeted some of the underperforming specs.
No, I think it drags up some specs than were somewhat lacking

You understand, these buffs are things that are being reverted from the future patches that we are going to start with, but in earlier phases when they actually didn’t exist at all. Everything will be as it should… Just not for Wrath or Cata… 
No, I was just using it as a blind example. Fire’s in a better spot but it’s still noticeably behind Frost and now Arcane too
