I heard it uses ai to help keep your latency stable was wondering if its allowed dont want to be banned but im a truck driver irl so not alawys in the most stable internet areas

Sorry, Hankdetank, we’re not able to give a definitive on third party programs. Since they aren’t ours we don’t know exactly what they do or what they could be doing in the background.
Using any third party program tends to fall into the “at your own risk” category.

Well im trying it as it was supported by discord so seems legit I think its a VPN, I hope I dont get flagged had my account for 22 years , but being in random areas of the country deliving goods I need my wow addiction 
and sometimes it’s unplayable unless in a big city
If it is simply a VPN then while those are unsupported, they a lot of folks use them. VPN users may occasionally be challenged to verify that they are the registered user on the account, but if you have an Authenticator those challenges don’t happen as often.

Would the multipath connection technology it uses have it appear as you are bouncing all over the place? When using VPNs it is best to maintain the same connection throughout your gameplay.

In addition to having an authenticator as Vrakthris mentioned, make sure you have valid correct information such as your first/last name on your wow and bnet account. Having invalid information, can often result in an account ban, if an account is brought to Blizzards attention due to what might have normally be considered a minor red flag.
While I do know of ExitLag and how it’s basically a VPN, I’d still advise against apps like these because you never know when one of them will just lie to the user by manipulating packet timestamps or something, which could then go on to trigger anticheat engines by making them think you’re speed hacking; all so the user can see some ping that appears like it’s lower(spoiler alert: it’s not).
