So this happened in Ironforge.
An undead warrior named Gervase showed up with what felt like hundreds of Dreadguards and the whole place turned into a mess pretty fast.
A bunch of us ended up trying to hold the city. Tulisin, Esmerald, Desierra, Noojent, Groosaalugg, Bhar, Keven and others were there fighting with us.
We died a lot.
Honestly, for a while it looked like we weren’t going to get anywhere because the Dreadguards just kept coming. But eventually we managed to get through them, find Gervase and kill him.
After that, the attack stopped.
Nothing about this was planned. I was just in Ironforge when it started and people around the city decided to fight back.
It was probably one of the more fun random things I’ve seen happen on the server so far.
Ironforge held.
