Right, so they could very well get rid of the Dragonborn model altogether and leave the visage models as the race itself, adding the tail and wings to the visage model if needed. Take the incubbi model, give him a thicker tail and change his hooves for dragon legs, and you have a good base model. 
I would love if the Visage would look way more primal.
For that you could use incubi or rather the draenai skeleton.
non dragon evoker form means potential for other races to unlock at some point!

Change model too it looks dumb and needs its own model not reused old ones its a new race
