Well, Sylvanas is a high elf and she was Horde, or well, Forsaken at least. I do vote for Kael’thas getting redeemed and coming back. He was done dirty in BC

You’re literally forgetting that the collective bawling of the Horde is what caused EMFH to get nerfed in WoD.
If the Blizz devs don’t cater to bads like you, there’s going to be problems. Instead of Horde players blaming themselves for not being able to get to 2k they blamed racials.

What’s the issue with players choosing the race they want to play?
Even if a race is nerfed it doesn’t change the fact that blaming racials just means you’re a bad player. It only stops people from playing a certain race, but you don’t improve.
i didnt. i was happily playing house in my garrison, oblivious to pvp.
Hmmm. Well alot of alliance switched from humans to other races to play the race they want to play after that nerf… so I think blizz did good in that.
Except for the 7+ threads about “High Elf fan tears”.
But I guess it’s not allowed to work both ways, the fans always have to be the bigger person.

The thing that people were crying about was exactly what happened to the other side.
Instead of picking humans they instead decided to pick another fotm Horde race with broken racials.
This exactly proves that bad players on the Horde will literally cry about not being able to attain a decent rating without whining for a nerf on racials.
I mean it happened expansions ago. And they nerfed blood elves for the same reasons… People still stayed horde.
Are you talking about the nerf right when BFA started? The expansion where PvP was at its total lowest point and PvE content basically being the only way to gear to even participate? Of course they’re going to stay Horde, it’s still an extremely good racial for M+.

The Devs mention the customization is only for the NPCs.
The racial was good but you didn’t need it get to 2k or 2.4 or 2.7, otherwise how did druids and shamans get to that.
I won’t lie…I’m really upset. I got my hopes up and Blizzard just crushed it. Why can’t we get different eye colors? Blizzard has thrown out lore before if that’s what’s holding them back, and even then, with the return of the Sunwell most elves have stopped feeding on fel crystals and have gone back to holy/arcane sources. If we have golden eyes shouldn’t we have blue eyes now too?! All of the high elves are part of the Silver Covenant in Dalaran or are special snowflakes in the world. Blizzard keeps saying that there isn’t many of them left but this is something the player base has wanted for YEARS. We keep asking and Blizzard refuses to deliver so things like this just feel like a mean tease.

Don’t blame blizzard. It was datamined and labeled as a blood elf eye color by wowhead.
It was never teased as anything it’s an NPC color. Someone made a mistake assuming it was for blood elves.
