"Invite Resident" Button Missing

Hi there. Two weeks ago I made a charter neighborhood. Last week, the “Invite Resident” button on the bulletin board was missing. I assumed it was a bug that would be reported/fixed, but it persists.

No clue how this happened or how to recreate. I tried logging in without addons to no avail.

And just to check, you do have houses available in that neighborhood?

Edit: Oh I see in your image you have plenty.

OP here. Yeah, there are plenty of plots available. I’ve tried handing ownership to someone else in the neighborhood and we’re still having the same issue today.
