Invisible ninjad last night

We killed H LK last night and i won the roll and they gave the mount to anther player if i report this to blizzard will they remove the mount and give it to me after they research it?

or Will blizz just remove the mount and ban/suspend the guilty parties and not give me the item i rightfully won?

No offense but blizzard most likely will not be able to help. Was this on group roll or did master looter make a mistake? If it was on group loot you are out of luck. Sorry

How do you know it was ninja’d if you can’t even see it?

Only way you’ll know for sure is to open a ticket and ask. I doubt they’ll help but there’s no harm in you trying.

it was on Master loot and the ML put it up for rolls i won the roll and they gave to someone who didnt win

Make a ticket.

They won’t give you the item, but they may punish the offender/s and remove the item from them.

try your luck if you have all the information of the situation and throw it into a ticket and hope for the best but don’t expect anything…

Why wouldnt blizz give me the item that i rightfully won tho? if they can see i won the roll they should give me the item espeically since this is the last week that it is 100% drop rate

If blizzard won’t give me limited game time to purchase a wow token with my existing gold I doubt they will help with something like this.

Because thats been the SOP for a long time. They do NOT transfer items and only remove them from the offenders inventory/collection.
They will not make an exception for you, because if they do they need to make one for everyone. It sucks but it is what it is.

WoW Classic and Wrath Classic

In WoW Classic and Wrath Classic there are multiple loot methods that allow you to manage loot directly. For this reason, Customer Support will not redistribute loot in the event of a dispute between players. Scamming other players is a violation of our World of Warcraft game policies. We will investigate any reports of scamming that we receive and take the appropriate action, removing gains and penalizing those who violate this policy as needed. Items and gold will not be redistributed in these cases.

And what happened was a disupute, Player 1 won item by roll and they gave it to someone else. Likely voice coms were used and bliz has no way to verify anything.

We encourage you to group with others you trust, especially when using Master Loot. Ninja looting does have consequences in the community and those who do it will have trouble getting invited to group. Remember to play nice and play fair, especially when using Master Loot.

Always take caution when in a group you don’t know. Hope for the best but be ready for the worst.

Best course of action for you would be to take it to your servers discord and maybe less people will fill in for that persons groups when needed and they will learn that people don’t like scummy people.

anther example of blizzard showcasing that they dont care about the players. They will remove the item but not reward it to the rightful person. Blizzard is pretty much saying we dont want to do our job completely and so everyone suffers. #Smallindiecompany

quite possibly if you get an actual person

no.

What you should do to protest is cancel your subscription and never resub.

I seen it happen one time way back in original TBC days. Our guild was running Kara and had a few guests along. The GM had on ML and was having everyone pass and roll. The rightful winner was a guest but he handed it to a guildie by honest mistake/brainfart. All 3 parties agreed it was an honest mistake and all 3 submitted a ticket. Took several days but they did pass it to the right person because no one was contesting it.

Yep, used to happen all the time and it was changed because people started to abuse the system.

the only thing that should matter is the roll in the game. If people are gonna trade then or make an agreement it should be made in game if not made in game then there is no proof.

The OP definitely didn’t see what you did there.

They won’t do anything but by all means submit the ticket.

I dont SEE the problem.

But in all seriousness, after you finally get through the 3-5 bot replies when you put in a ticket (you will have to keep re-opening btw), a human will tell you they will take action but can’t tell you the outcome, and they won’t give you the mount.

Good luck though.

As far as I know Blizzard won’t ever give you the item, but they might remove it from the other person’s inventory if they think there was foul play.
