It’s going to sound cynical (because it is), but OP is the reason why this system of rarity works. Somebody has to be the outlier. We’ve all seen Invincible around in the towns and we know Invisible exists, and we have all hoped to get a drop (in my case, a fraction of 2600 attempts), so we like to know that someone isn’t getting this mount. I see little reason that a player has earned or is entitled to a rare optional drop through effort, because there is so little in legacy content mog hunting. It’s luck.
The reason we can crush old content is Blizzard has left them to languish as a couple opportunities for mog hunters. If Blizzard were modernizing old content and loot systems, you’d be running it in timewalking now, and that’s not quite the same challenge anymore.
We all still have some old mog runs without all the Molten Core sets, or Tier 2. This was a part of the day in Vanilla, which everyone hates, but Blizzard has to leave us with all the old foibles of the game system as it was at the time, or else “they’d be working on it.” Which they can’t be, if they are attending to good, new content. Otherwise it makes little sense to not use new loot systems and also upgrade the content to current challenge.
Hopefully by the time this post has played out, maybe, just maybe you’ve gotten the mount.

i did get Plainswalker Bearer today
wish it was a 3 person mount but it isnt.
I thought Invincible was more common than that.
I couldn’t tell you how many attempts it took but it was a hefty chunk across multiple characters.
It didn’t feel like a lot.
At least, not nearly as much as Heavenly Onyx cloud serpent, Nalek, or the infinite timereaver.
Heck even the tusks of manaroth.
I just gave up on those.

No it was a clear attack on a system that has clearly failed a whole heap of you as this thread shows with like only 5-6 people who are trying to explain how it actually works correctly. Again if you unable to seperate a system from a by-product of a system thats on you. Don’t cry I was attacked because you can’t seperare yourself from the two.

It is when people constantly harp on about it by directing it towards the OP and don’t let it drop. So the OP might have falsified stuff about a mount drop rate and number of attempts? Who cares. Move on. It doesn’t impact you in any way, shape, or form.

im so glad when i first started wow n i ran the raid it dropped for me lel idk it was a rare mount back then i wa sliek cool i got a mount , then i have timereaver too and ashes etc the one i really want is aeonaxx . Everytime i go there i only see small purple dragon never aeonaxx himself ! Did crz mess with being able to see him or doe she even still spawn ? i have yet to ever see the tiny bat either !
