Invalid Target Bug

Anyone else get this bug, where select abilities from their class become unusable in arena due to Invalid Target?

Example, switching to disarm or rend on warrior in a 2v2 match leads overpower, disarm, and rend to become unusable due to invalid target.

Another example is switching disarm locations on honor talents for outlaw rogue, causes sinister strike and pistol shot ONLY to not be usable due to invalid target.

If anyone has any ideas on how to solve please let me know. Already did a cache and wtf reset and tested without addons. Bug still persists.
Yes, this is a known but poorly-documented bug on Blizzard's end. Sometimes the UI reads the "Alt" key as stuck for certain abilities and by default, Alt+ is the default way of self-targeting. So the game thinks you're trying to target yourself, hence the target=invalid error. This is even more frustrating as a healer. This issue will persist even if you don't have the Alt key defaulting to self-selection in your keybinds.*

The only known temporary fix is easy enough: you hold down alt, press Tab, then Tab back into the game, and it should be fixed.

This is another well known bug, the only known solution is to log out to your character screen, click your druid, click "Delete character," confirm by typing "DELETE" and then the problem should be solved.
