I’m trying to use a 110 character boost on Mok’Nathal. Everything is normal until I tell it to unlock the character. It gives an Internal Error message w/o any other info at that point. I’ve tried rebooting my system and the game. Also turned off all addons. Suggestions gratefully appreciated.
I know there were issues around the time of SL pre-purchases going live with boosts and trial characters and they were temporarily blocked. I’m not sure if they’ve been fixed yet or not.
Have you tried deleting your Cache folder? Maybe a full UI Reset beyond that?
Thank you. I hadn’t heard of the boost issues with the pre-purchases. I’m not going to buy more than a year in advance, but I can see where Blizz could have some issues blocking my boost.
