Internal Error 500

Hey there, this is my last resort so i’m hoping someone can help me.

I’ve searched other topics from people who have had similar issues in the past with no avail and I’ve just about pulled whatever hair I have left out.

Every time I try to renew my Subscription I get Internal Error 500, for the past 2-3 days. I have tried different browsers, I have emptied my cache and cookies, I have removed all my payment methods and tried to re-add which just resulted in it giving me another error and now it won’t let me add any payment methods.

Thanks in advance, I really just want to get back on to play and this is driving me insane.

Just on a lark…have you checked you OS is up to date? Also make sure you browsers are up to date too.

I’m not sure what could be causing it this time. I do see a note about a failed purchase that was attempted last month which may have been due to your payment provider rejecting the request.

If this continues for you, perhaps reach out to them and see if they have anything going on that could be preventing you from using your card with our services.
