Fellowship recently came out and they solved m+.
When do you think some one makes a pvp equivalent and it solves arena pvp?
how so
there were a few iirc
they solved the queue gap issue, the gearing issue, the complexity issue, user interface issue, the weak aura issue, the customization of party frames and balance of difficulty in dungeons, the lfg system is solved, class complexity is good, choice of talents is good, class diversity is good, crafting and gear custimization, group utility, on what specific players can bring involving party wide defensives (for instance your tank can give the party power word barrier 20% DR, and have lust, mean while your healer or tanky dps can have bres, aoe speed buff, etc. and spells and abilities dont nuke my cognitive function and spells are telegraphed and the affixes arent boring or completely overtuned rediculous, their is a good pacing system so far, secondary stats aren’t worthless for specific “heroes” and I could play with base UI and it felt like having elvui.+
a full functioning details meter with damage , healing, threat, interrupt, dispel, damage taken by enemy, and damage taken feature.
what ones?
the only downside so far is that there arent enough heroes to play because theres like 20 people working on the game.
Fellowship looks like completely souless streamer slop.
We have already had like 2 or 3 attemps at replicating arena streamer slop games, and they all failed.
These games wont ever replace wow.
how so? have you played it?
what games?
its not replacing wow, its just taking a concept of the game and doing it better with it being the sole focus.
The game looks like ![]()
The graphics look like Albion Online I wouldn’t touch it with a 10foot pole.
And I saw their design director wearing a dress with makeup. Huge pass.
i think when the game has more than 20 people making it, a visual update will probably happen, like how wow looked like OSRS for almost 15 years.
Okay and? This is still an issue. WoW already doesn’t have to deal with that. They’re far ahead in the game and that’s why these games will never get close.
Ring of titans, complete wow arena clone, completely dead, literally 0 people playing it right now.
Arena of kings dead, 2d wow arena clone.
Both were shilled by streamers for a week and died.
Maybe I just don’t understand your thought process, like the game isn’t the most visually appealing yet, so because of that it isn’t worth playing even though the mechanics and game play loop feel incredible?
fair enough, never heard of either of them.
fellowship is in a different position considering 10-20x more people play m+ than arena.
If anyone has delusions about this just look up Ring of Titans. Xaryu shilled it pretty hard.
The issue with all of these games is that they aren’t in wow.
And 90% of those people do it for the free weekly myth piece.
Your verbiage doesn’t convince me. It comes off as you rizzing the game a little too hard and from what I’ve seen the game doesn’t look good.
It looks pretty solid if you just like doing keys.
This is all you had to say…pass as well
Am I reading this right
What’s wrong with either
what’s wrong with dresses and makeup?
Your verbiage doesn’t convince me. It comes off as you rizzing the game a little too hard and from what I’ve seen the game doesn’t look good.
im not trying to convince you of anything, youre degrading a game because it doesnt look pretty enough when you play as a goblin shaman in the most built mmo ever made in history. doesnt sound like you even know anything about it and are saying since it isnt lost ark level of gorgeous its dead in the water.
And 90% of those people do it for the free weekly myth piece.
sure but even then there are more people who do keys for fun than there are people who pvp for fun. I dont think thats even arguable.
More wow players play the game for shiny rewards than for gameplay, lets be real, thats why these wow minigame clones will never make it, regardless of how good they are.
heres the thing, it is a game to play in TANDEM with wow not to entirely replace wow in general. some people might, but people like me who have unobtainables over the last 15+ years its just not in the cards.
for instance a lot of high end players i know, they play league for pvp, raid in wow, and a lot of the higher end m+'ers are trying out fellowship because the system and customization it offers are just that much better than current wows m+ system, which is a good thing because now wow is going to improve.
