It’s a large portion of the game and every single time tanks have been good in PvP it’s been unhealthy for the game. Thus blizzard needs to disable them since they can’t be asked to properly balance them.

If you need proof of how unhealthy they are in just recent releases, wrath prot paladins, shadowlands prot paladins, shadowlands tank dh with the hunt

it’s literally never been good for the game. because it’s ALWAYS because they end up doing too much damage and healing too much while having the tankiness from being a tank. and then they have to basically gut their damage/healing in pvp as well as increasing the damage they take from players

Hearing from my sources ele can hit 80% avoidance from def gear, completely unhinged.

id imagine such a spec gets most of its avoidance from the enhancement tree and only goes 21 ele for the crit damage increase but you know whatever.

I certainly enjoy the tanks walking around able to full block my abilities, and warrior abilities are worse than everyone elses apparently. If you full block gouge or kidney from a rogue you still get cc’d. If you full block hamstring the warrior just wasted their gcd. (: And you can full block slam, mortal strike, and whirlwind of course. Because the power scaling of gear is just completely broken.

Playing gladiator/def stance I feel like I am just a big stun bot with no damge other than the lucky 10% shield slam crit which hits harder than MS with full dps/PvP or PvE gear on another player. It makes no sense to me and seems like the issue ppl don’t like about warrior tanks in pvp. Kite tanks in PvP btw

You are not a tank, Maybe a tank for 15s every 5 min. Shamans are TANKS. You probably never faced one so I dont blame you for being ignorant to it. When you feel that near 100% avoidance you understand what unkillable is.
