Irrelevant. We have a constitution, and a legal system. When we remind people about Innocent Until Proven Guilty, we are reminding them to let the proper people in proper places - AKA, the courtrooms and offices - do their jobs.
People don’t realize how heavily in favor of the defense our legal system really is. One flub is all it takes, and everybody walks. Let the right people do their jobs.

Everyone believed Crystal Magnum in the Duke Lacrosse Case, until they didn’t.
Everyone believed (insert allegations here), until they didn’t.
Seen this movie too many times now. I’ll wait for the civil trial thanks.
Do I believe some of the allegations are true? Yes, almost assuredly. Do I believe they are ALL true? Unlikely, there’s definitely some accusations in there that are almost undoubtedly from disgruntled employees who were fired or not given promotions for other reasons that saw an opening to get a payday. That’s why we have a judicial system that will adjudicate the case, determine levels of liability, and award damages as befitting the evidence of the accusations.
It should also be pointed out, that if the state had evidence of criminal activity, there would be a criminal case filed along with a civil case. The fact that there is only a civil case, and the use of emotionally charged language like “Frat boy culture” is used so extensively is concerning, as that’s a term that you can’t quantify or definitively prove.
So yes, I will be going by the innocent until proven guilty.

so “suspect is guilty period”. There is such a thing as a forced admittance. Some can be forced to apologize for an action they never committed.

I didn’t because my brain said look at his statement… do a little bit of research… and ask yourself… he was viciously attacked yet… he got away with Subway sammich intact? And ran down the road with a noose around his neck… and was attacked by 2 people wearing just tshirts… in 15 degree weather… in Chicago… where no one saw anything.

It was the media that started questioning the credibility of her statements after they looked at her different statements. Nifong was the one pushing the issue that they were all true because he was enjoying the celebrity status he was getting to prosecute it.
By the time that this case is resolved… 3-5 years from now (which is the average based off of the Riot Games and Google Inc lawsuits (that involved less allegations) people will be like… oh man I forgot about that case… and get upset when they see the settlement to the tune of 12-20 million dollars… just like the other 2 major cases.
