The quest “information for a price” will not trigger and or/I cant receive the quest even though I meet all the prerequisites, I have tried entering torghast and quest wont start
Same issue here. Done all covenant quests, both wings for Torghast to layer 6 this week, and can’t get the quest.

I’m also having issues with this quest. I did the Remnants of Hope quest this week. Will I have to wait for next reset for this quest to pop up?
Is it not showing on the map in Oribos for you? I just took the portal and it was right there.
As I understand it, some of these quests are weekly, depending on when you started them, it may not be available this week for you yet.

It’s based on completion, not when started. I accepted Remnants of Hope last week, completed this week, and I am now locked from getting Information for a Price until next reset. This is actually a pretty serious oversight, I am way farther behind than what the system intends.
Same issue for me as well. Can’t get the quest to continue the main campaign. I hope it can be resolved soon.
Unless you also discussed this with members of QA when checking on how it was intended to work and they told you something different, I’m not sure how that can be true.
You are welcome to report this as a bug in the Bug Report forum so our QA team can review it. Perhaps additional discussions will take place that changes how it currently works but as it stands, the information I received indicates it is working correctly.
