Is there some kind of way for my get information about my characters like creation date, deletion date, whether or not they used a boost, etc.? I wanted to try and make a ticket about this in “Account > Not listed here” but I can’t proceed with that and I’m confused, so I’m making a thread here to ask. Ideally I would like to make a ticket on the matter so I can privately get said info, I just don’t know how to move forward on the matter if it’s something I can request.
Why can you not proceed, Datel? Are you getting an error? That would be the appropriate category.

It’s because while I am doing the steps required to make a ticket, I describe my issue like “I want to request info regarding my WoW account characters”, then choose the category “Account” and then “Not listed here”, it only gives me the option “Email address was changed” without any option to make a ticket. So it’s not an error with the site but I’m just rather confused what I have to put in order to proceed with the ticket.
We generally do not provide specifics about an account, as it is often used as verification, so that might be why the options are limited.
Currently queue times are rather high with everything that is going on, so you might want to wait until things settle down. The option for a more generalized ticket might become available then.

It actually hasn’t allowed tickets to be made via “Not Listed Here” for some time, honestly. I tripped over that fact in trying to get folks proper paths. It stops at allowing you to select “Not Listed Here”, but then prompts you to select a category.

Ah ha! See, I always go through selecting WoW, Account and then Not Listed Here, rather than just going into the Account header. I shall definitely be more mindful for that.
It’s the curse of only playing this one game, I suppose. I just beeline directly for WoW and go digging through there. But yah. If you go into the game and THEN account, it won’t allow for a “Not Listed Here” ticket.
