Short of saying how to appeal a MVP wouldn’t know, only blue posters work for Blizzard.
A suspension means you have had a history of silences. Continued violations of the social contract and eula could eventually lead to account closure.
You know how to appeal?
One of the mods might be willing to look into it and give you some insight but keep in mind they are not involved in your case and won’t change any penalties. MVPs are just players and have no insight or authority into anything regarding account actions.
If you received a long suspension for chat, then either a huge mistake was made, or this was definitely not your first run-in with the guards.

If it’s a “lengthy suspension,” you have a history of breaking the ToS.
Well, it seems to be combination of inappropriate and toxic chat, Doobypartner. Calling folks garbage along with other comments, generally insulting folks I’m guessing during PvP. The profanity would have been the B word used a couple of times, looks to be in public chat.
Maybe take it down a few notches.
