The Bug Report forum is a valid way to report unintended in-game system behavior (especially with a detrimental effect, and very much if being exploted). But it’s not a conversation. Report the bug and QA will forward the report to the developers, and the developers will fix it according to their schedule, available resources, and priorities.
And at no point does anyone from Blizzard issue any statement about it, except perhaps to publish a notice that they have fixed the bug, or (more rarely) that they are fixing the bug at this moment.

the “buff” is clearly harassing people that don’t want to deal with it.
buff/event is broken and needs to be fixed to not transfer to other players.

You missed my point. The OP was complaining but not offering alternatives. That is the reason for my direct comment to the op - ie - to provide more info on the change they want to see happen. No point providing feedback with a 'it’s being exploited, fix it!" type attitude is there?
Saying something you don’t like isn’t trolling. It’s an option that has always been a valid temporary solution until the devs make a change - there is more than one bank, one AH etc.
OF course if the problem becomes wide spread (which with every exploit like this, it eventually does) there is no ‘safe place’.

Only because you are choosing to be in certain areas. You’re welcome to leave those areas and go to a place where this isn’t happening at that moment of time.
