I’ve only done one quest because it seems like there is a group meta to this Nightmare stuff and if you don’t know after a day, you’re behind. And apparently I need to do this because of a rune. , yet I’d rather go spend my time doing other wow stuff then be put in this hamster wheel.

The loop would be referring to doing the pickup item quests, the intelligience quests, The escorts and perhaps the boss quests depending on group. It’s fast, you repeat it over and over, ignoring all kill quests and profession quests.

I see people saying they have a full quest log of quests… I only get one or can find one.
It’s the reports and the collection quest that needs 1 item, the scroll in satyr place, the egg in dragon place and the engine in lumber mill place.
Each of those places also has a report where you talk to an invisible person for the report.
It’s 6 quests that take 5m if that.
So to be clear… this is all done inside the portal after you do the first quest and get the report from the guy by the portal
Yes, all done inside make sure you have the buff, looks like a green dragon pic, that means you’re inside the dream.
Then do them run outside and turn in. Then run back in and repeat.
Donut as a group cuz everytime you turn a quest in you get a random quest. So more people means more chances to always get those same 6.
Also stand inside the dream at the bottom of ramp and sometimes you will get an escort complete while you all share the quests.
Make sure you have all quests.
You can tag bosses too for extra xp.
i had a letter in my bag that when i opened had quests , i did not even know i had it as i was looking for more quests, got this letter from turning in first quest
AND I can do Ashenvale at lvl 50 or do I need to go to the level 50 zones. It’s the same thing right or no
I did it till 50 so you can…
The other one is higher level but I knew the quest so well that I just stayed
it’s not bad once you see it done once.
it is meant for groups so it’s not functional solo.
party members get quests at random awarded for turning in quests. and can share them with the group. So everyone gets nearly all the 18 quests and then does them in a ‘loop’ of objectives.
but if you’re solo you dont get that quest sharing.
OP never had his question answered. Here, I will help since there’s no info to help on this yet.
When you get your letter from the npc (from handing in a quest) it contains two things: A quest starting letter, and a quest SHARING star. The reason you want to do this in a group of 5 players is because you can use the quest sharing star 4 times.
This means that everyone in the party can share their quests. If you have 5, and complete 5 as a group, you will all get 5 separate new envelopes with the quest starting letter AND the quest sharing star.
The result: everyone has a full quest log because now you got 20 quests from sharing.

I guess that’s my problem is trying to figure out what to do before getting into a group so I don’t slow people down. I leveled solo doing ZF gy to 50 and now I’m just trying to figure out how to get my rune.
i just joined a guildmate and he lead me around. jsut follow the team it’s not bad.

Do the intro quest and get one scroll to share, but most people seem to be skipping the defeat and resource quests in favor of ‘mario karting’ around the zone to the intelligence reports and items, if you have gathering professions you can trade items for the resource quests, the biggest headache is watching your inventory turn into starry starry night.
Once you have a quest to share go ahead and join a group and they’ll probably share most with you, target marker on the healer so its okay to yell at them if you die.
If you get to a quest item with the group and can’t get it see if they can share it right then. and make sure you don’t have a full quest log, that will slow down quest sharing.
People want to share quests to spend their charges and empty their inventory so don’t worry.
Trust me, its annoying to figure out the starting process. However, once you are up and running, its smooth sailing and you can spam quests rapid fire.
