Grouping up isnt optional. You cant get this done without one. Well said glinda.
Once you do your first group of quests you get new ones from each one you complete which will give you a random quest. You get the quest start item and the deputization badge to use and share on others. It requires a full group to function right. You get 30 Rep per quest in Ashenvale, don’t take too long to hit friendly for the rune or honored if you’re interested in the full set of gear. Alternatively I’d wait till some more folks hit 50 and do the ones at 50 for more rep and then farm for exalted since there’s good rewards you’ll likely need.
And is the rep the same for all quests.
And is there a big difference in rep between the 40-50 zones and the 50+ zones.
The 50 zones were empty as of last night, and the rep and gold is similar to the level 40 ashenvale one. So, not worth doing the level 50 ones unless they up the rewards.

Ok 30 rep for a quest turn in… That seems kind low and this is going to take a while.

Your level 50 so you get taxed on rep and gold, this is why you should be doing the level 50 zone that gives emerald chips (used for crating + raid gear) and 75 rep a kill + the daily 1k rep quest.
However rapid firing the 40 quests might be slightly higher rep with a group.
I guess the next thing to ask is if there is a list of preferred quests and the ones to avoid. I have one to kill stuff and people were like nope… So I assume that’s a quest to avoid and delete.
iv v vi vii vii ix are your good quests
i ii iii are your kill quests that people usually skip
xiii xiv xv are you boss kill quest that require a group
xvi xvii xviii are your escorts (level 50 19 is also a escort)
x xi xii are you profession quests.
Usually people do the first 6 and add on any boss ones and rescue ones.

Literally any group can do it. You can skip all the kill quests and do intelligence and eat at bottom of ramp for rescues. Or just do them all of your group can kill quickly. Literally “meta” is not really a thing just do the quests , if one taking too long skip and move on. Now the objectives are in questions anyways.

Ok this really blows for rep and it’s so bad and boring that maybe my mage doesn’t really need the rune.
Its just friendly for the rune. You have the whole phase to do it man.
People can level to 50 in 12 hours… Get thousands of gold in the process but I have to spend a month in here to get a rune… Friendly should only be a handful of quests.
If you really think that having the appropriate runes on sod is not needed then you have no idea what you’re talking about.
Protip: you don’t need anything in SoD.
